Delivery and returns

This translation is provided for information only. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Delivery

• We deliver anywhere in Spain. Delivery costs €4.99, the same for any delivery address, and you will see it at checkout before you confirm. Delivery is free on orders of €50 or more in books (not counting delivery costs).
• The book is printed to order in hardback and is usually delivered within 7 to 9 working days on the Spanish mainland (a little longer to the Balearic and Canary Islands) from the approval of the order. The delivery time is also shown at checkout before you pay.
• You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the book leaves the printer.

Returns and reprints

• Every book is unique and personalised, so it is not eligible for withdrawal or ordinary return (art. 103.c of RDL 1/2007, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Spanish consumer protection act). By confirming your order you accept the Terms and conditions, where this is explained.
• Reprint guarantee: if the book arrives damaged, or with printing or binding defects, write to us at fernando@irayabooks.com with a photo and we will reprint it and send it again at no cost.
• If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us and we will sort it out or refund you.
