Why a book with their face makes a good Christmas present
Children are fascinated by seeing themselves. When they open a book and find themselves helping a baby T-Rex find its mama, or travelling to the planet of lost socks, the story stops being “just another book” and becomes their book. It is not a lookalike character picked from a list: every page is illustrated from a photo of them.
It has advantages for the giver too: it doesn't take up space like a big toy, it needs no batteries and you can order it from your phone in a few minutes. And it works just as well as a gift from grandparents, aunts and uncles or godparents.
Which book to give at each age
Every book can be ordered in Spanish, Catalan, English, Basque or Galician, and adapts to a boy or a girl. This table is only a guide: you know your little one better than anyone.

The last day to order so it arrives for Three Kings' Day
Every book is checked by hand, printed as a hardback to order and usually arrives within 7 to 9 working days of ordering. In December there are bank holidays and couriers are very busy, so it's wise to leave plenty of time. Three Kings' Day falls on 6 January, the day Spanish children traditionally open their presents.

A tip: do the preview in good time. In about two minutes you get a free preview of your little one as a character, plus the real cover, and you can decide without rushing. You can send it to any address you like within Spain, for example to the grandparents' house.
How it's done, step by step
- Choose the book and type in their name and age.
- Upload a clear photo facing the camera (a phone photo is fine). Here we explain which photo works best.
- In about two minutes you get a free preview of their character and the cover.
- Only order it if you love it. It costs €39.99: 33 illustrated pages in a 20×20 cm hardback, checked by a person.
Delivery anywhere in Spain costs €4.99 and is free when you spend €50 or more on books. A second book in the same order costs €29.99, so two books, one for each sibling for example, already come with free delivery.

Will it arrive in time for Three Kings' Day?
If you order in good time, it usually does: the normal delivery time is 7 to 9 working days. In December we recommend not leaving it until the last day.
Can I give it if I'm not the child's parent?
Of course. All you need is a photo of the little one (ask for it on WhatsApp) and their name. Before you pay you see the cover for free to check the likeness.
What happens to the photo?
It is used only to create their character. We keep it for 30 days to check the likeness and then it is deleted automatically. It is never used to train AI.
Can I return it?
Because it's made to order, it can't be returned in the usual way; that is why you see the cover for free before you pay. If it arrives damaged, we reprint it and send it to you at no cost.
